While we strive to deliver measurable results, digital marketing outcomes may vary based on market conditions, competition, platform policies, and client cooperation.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MBTech Digital for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

Either party may terminate a service engagement according to the terms specified in the project agreement. MBTech Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if these terms are violated.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or email service providers. We are not responsible for changes in third-party policies, account suspensions, or platform outages beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
